  • Once dispatched, customers receive shipping confirmation and tracking details via email or SMS.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery across India generally takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery to remote or non-serviceable locations may take additional time depending on courier availability.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by:

    • Public holidays

    • Weather or natural disruptions

    • Courier network delays

    • Government restrictions or unforeseen events


4. Serviceable Locations

  • Bitau Fashion delivers to most pincodes within India supported by national courier partners.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for eligible pincodes and may be restricted for certain products or order values.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Some products, offers, or order values may qualify for free shipping promotions.

  • COD orders may include an additional handling or convenience fee, shown during checkout.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered.

7. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Packages

  • If the customer is unavailable or provides an incorrect/incomplete address, the package may be returned.

  • Re-shipping returned orders may require additional shipping charges to be paid by the customer.


8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If an order is received:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incomplete

  • Different from what was ordered

The customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video evidence of the issue

  • Packaging images (if applicable)

After verification, Bitau Fashion will provide a replacement, refund, or appropriate resolution according to the Returns & Refund Policy.


9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

  • If cancellation is approved after dispatch (for eligible cases), shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund.


10. International Shipping

Currently, shipping is available only within India.
International delivery is not offered at this time.
