1. Order Cancellation

  • Pre-Shipment: You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been handed over to our logistics partners.

  • Post-Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you must follow the standard returns process outlined below after receiving the package.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure a valid return, please adhere to the following:

  • Window: You must initiate a return request within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original retail condition.

  • Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging (including jewelry boxes or hygiene seals) must be intact and attached.

  • Exclusions: Due to hygiene and safety standards, intimate wear and unstitched materials are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Return Scenarios

A. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, defective in manufacturing, or different from what you ordered:

  • Resolution: We will provide a full refund or a free replacement.

  • Shipping Cost: Bitau Fashion will cover all return shipping charges.

  • Requirement: Please provide clear photos of the defect or the incorrect item when contacting us.

B. Change of Mind or Fit Issues

If the item does not fit as expected or you have changed your mind:

  • Resolution: We will issue a refund for the product cost after a successful quality inspection.

  • Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

  • Note: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number and the reason for the return (attach photos if the item is damaged).

  3. Follow Instructions: Our support team will provide the appropriate return address and further instructions.

5. Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Once your return is received, our quality control team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

  • Approval: You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your financial institution.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or styles, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, please email us within the 7-day window. If there is a price difference between the items, additional payment may be required before the new item is dispatched.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items showing visible signs of wear, perfume scents, or makeup stains.

  • Products missing original tags or branded packaging.

  • Intimate apparel where the hygiene seal has been tampered with or removed.
